Cancellations

Shaker ZA accepts firm bookings by post, email, fax and through the Shaker ZA website - in making such bookings clients accept this bookings and cancellations policy. All fees are payable in full 14 days prior to the date of the course. Bookings may NOT be cancelled within 28 days. Otherwise the full course fees and/or deposit will be payable unless Shaker ZA can resell the place on the course or seminar within the 28 days.

For non-attendance at a course or seminar there will be no refunds and the full fee will be payable. Shaker ZA reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee. Shaker ZA reserves the right to make changes to the programme. Shaker ZA reserves the right to refuse any booking.

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

  • where goods are not available;
  • where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  • if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Pricing

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
Please note our currency converter is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates You are responsible for the disclosure and payment of any import duties or other taxes, which may apply when the products are delivered. Unfortunately we can not advise you what these costs may be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

We always try to make sure that the prices on www.shaker.co.za are correct but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the order is cancelled we will refund you in full.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • You can notify us by email to sales@shaker.co.za before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  • Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. All goods must be returned in their original condition.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 10 days.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -

  • In the event that the product has been used
  • To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
