Course Overview
This is a 3hr course covering everything you need to know to get you started, the course covers both the theory behind the perfect cup as well as some practical coffee making. With everything a home barista needs, including the theory, pouring an espresso, milk dynamics and how to not burn the milk when making a latte, you’ll be guided by one of the best barista trainers in South Africa. Whether you’re taking a solo flight on your journey to barista-hood or you and a few buddies are making a fun day of it, the coffee masterclass is the ideal way to learn something new and while away a few hours.
