Ladies and gentlemen, Club 91. The owners have transformed an empty loft space into one very sophisticated venue. Luxuriously modern interiors compliment the cutting edge quality of sound and lighting used in the venue. SHAKER was approached for visionary bar and cocktail design to complete the picture.
What Shaker Did
- Club 91 wanted a bar designed for optimum efficiency as the venue is said to be able to accommodate more than a 1000 guests at a time. So SHAKER designed a VIP bar that is versatile enough to accommodate the massive wine, and premium brand selection as well as a cocktail bar area. SHAKER also designed a main bar area for super fast service.
- SHAKER then designed a signature cocktail menu that would be easy and warp their guests' taste buds. After extensive tasting sessions by the Club 91 team, it seemed the proof was in the cocktail so to speak. That and in the amazing flavoured tequila range SHAKER designed for them.
- To complete the SHAKER experience, there was only one element remaining to ensure that Club 91 will be considered 'premium and extraordinary.' To refine the skills of the Club 91 bar team SHAKER developed a training program focusing on pouring techniques and service excellence.
