This gem of a Greek restaurant has been a firm South African favourite for the last 23 years. Surviving this long in the hospitality industry is commendable and proves that they are doing 'something' right. One of the things they REALLY 'do' right is their slow-cooked lamb.
Back on track... True to their nature, Pappas on the square wanted to step up their game and take service and standards to a new level. Pappas have decided to do a massive refurbishment. Bar, kitchen and all guest areas were under the hammer. SHAKER was approached to do what we do best - training the Pappas bar team into super mixologists.
What Shaker Did
SHAKER did an intensive mixology training program and bar optimising session. SHAKER also kitted the Pappas bar out with top quality cocktail equipment. This combination created one very effective and super fast bar.
